アルバムのタイトル「Unforgettable」は、いつまでも記憶に残る、忘れられないといった意味です。

クレジットがIsrael Kamakawiwoole & The Makaha Sons of Niihauとなっているのはマカハサンズ時代の曲が入っているからだそうです。
